LinQuest CEO Tim Dills said in a statement published Tuesday the combination with TMC Design will allow LinQuest to create a suite of platforms to provide mission-essential capabilities that could help customers address the country’s national security threats.
Founded in 1997, TMC Design is headquartered in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and has expertise in radio frequency communications, digital signal processing and electromagnetics. The company also has operations in Florida, Alabama and Colorado and its platforms support the U.S. Army and other clients in the national security community in electronic warfare, tactical space superiority, space-enabled cyber operations and other mission areas.
TMC Design CEO Chris Ham said partnering with LinQuest will equip the company with technical capabilities and additional resources to better serve customers.
LinQuest said it will operate TMC Design, along with its leadership team, as a business unit.
