Axiologic Solutions, a federal information technology services contractor, has purchased intelligence services firm Knowledge Link for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its capabilities in support of missions of national security customers.
Tom Stauber, co-founder and managing partner at Axiologic Solutions, said in a statement published Thursday the merger of the two companies will create a range of financial, program management and technology platforms for classified environments.
“The Knowledge Link team shares many of our own values and dedication to serving the nation and, like us, are former members of the intelligence and defense communities that we support. We look forward to leveraging this cultural chemistry to collaborate on bringing combined capabilities to more customers in need of innovations to support and protect our country,” Stauber added.
Knowledge Link is headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. The company has been delivering full lifecycle acquisition, financial management, software and systems engineering, business management, software development, program management and other mission-critical support and platforms to intelligence community customers since its establishment in 2003.
Miles & Stockbridge PC and Atlantic Union Bank supported Axiologic in the transaction. Rees Broome represented Knowledge Link in the deal, while FON Corporate Finance served as the company’s investment banking adviser.
