MetTel’s Telecom Mgmt Business Gets 2020 Gartner Market Guide Recognition; Marshall Aronow Quoted

Gartner has identified a MetTel telecommunications management company as a representative vendor in the research and advisory firm’s 2020 market guide for Telecom Expense Management Services.

Gartner’s report has recognized TEM providers like Bruin as key partners that could help end-user entities manage communications expenses including wireline, cloud and mobile services.

The representative vendors are also key to helping organizations recover from pandemic-related economic disruptions while streamlining costs for updating inventories and improving procedures, according to the report.

Bruin’s software-as-a-service offering works to enable full lifecycle control over costs for wireless, phone and data services. The platform is also built to integrate white-glove and online ordering functions while supporting organizations’ transition efforts for communications-related operations.

Marshall Aronow, CEO of MetTel, said Bruin’s automated platform has the capacity to help users manage and visualize network activity through a consolidated dashboard.

“This research shows that enterprises are also increasingly looking to TEM providers to provide full life cycle management, particularly of mobile assets,” he noted.

Gartner’s 2020 market guide also covers recommendations for vendor management, procurement and sourcing officials looking to assess TEM providers that offer commercial communications management support.
