ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has acquired Tapestry Technologies, a cybersecurity services provider to the Department of Defense, for an undisclosed sum in a push to increase the number of ManTech’s contracts and customers within the DoD market.
Chambersburg, Pennsylvania-based Tapestry employs approximately 150 professionals and its offerings include cyber architecture development, software engineering and DevSecOps, ManTech said Monday.
The deal comes one month after the Herndon, Virginia-based government services provider closed its acquisition of Minerva Engineering, which provided cyber support to intelligence and defense customers.
“The addition is highly complementary and further builds upon our differentiated cyber solutions, allowing us to deliver more to our customers while positioning us for continued growth,” said Kevin Phillips, chairman, president and CEO of ManTech and a four-time Wash100 Award recipient.
