The Washington Headquarters Services has awarded three positions on a potential five-year, $496M contract covering mission support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.
American Systems, Applied Research and Associates and Modern Technology Solutions Inc. will compete for task orders to research, develop, test and evaluate systems intended to help the U.S. military sustain a technological edge, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
DoD expects work under indefinite-delivery/indefinitely-quantify contract to conclude Nov. 18, 2025.
The USD(R&E) office's website lists the following priority areas for technology modernization:
