TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 23, 2020 — The board of trustees at Noblis elected Rich Jacques, the nonprofit’s vice president for intelligence and law enforcement since January 2019, as a corporate officer, ExecutiveGov reported Tuesday.
Noblis said Nov. 16 Jacques has more than two decades of leadership experience in areas such as organizational performance, growth strategy and technology modernization.
His career also prior roles as director of intel capture at Belcan and principal at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH). He played a key role in the acquisition of information technology services provider Inductive Minds earlier this year.
