Ed Dolanski, former president of U.S. government services at Boeing's (NYSE: BA) global services segment, has joined Catalyze Dallas' board of advisers.
"Our Board helps us work closely with defense partners, analyzing their R&D product portfolios to identify breakthrough technology and helping strategize how we can bring them to new markets," said Joe D'Cruz, founder and managing director of Catalyze Dallas.
Dolanski retired from Boeing in the beginning of 2020, with more than three decades of experience across defense companies.
As president of U.S. Government Services for Boeing Global Services, Dolanski was responsible for the profit and loss, coordinated selling, sales generation and marketing activities of Government Services to the customer.
Prior to the role, Dolanski was president of the Global Services & Support business unit within Defense, Space and Security. In this role, he led a team of more than 13,000 employees in 295 locations.
He also served as president and CEO of Aviall, a Boeing subsidiary, and in various vice president roles at Raytheon Company. He serves on several private equity and startup boards, and is a member of the Texas Diversity Council Board of Directors.
"Profound knowledge and experience like Ed's help us effectively widen the lens in evaluating the most likely commercial opportunities. On our Board, he joins a similarly accomplished group of highly esteemed business, aerospace, defense, and energy executives," D'Cruz added.
