Paradyme Management has launched Paradyme Labs, an IT lab that will serve as an innovation hub for collaboration and a central operational unit that will house a variety of departments from recruiting and training to sales and engineering.
“We are at a turning point in government IT due to the fact that automation is speeding up the pace of products and solutions implementation by about tenfold, or more depending on the customer need,” said Luther McGinty, chief technology officer of Paradyme Management.
Paradyme Management’s new facility will develop a lab-centric culture to increase speed, agility and resources that better support the automated IT across development, security and operations convergence for federal customers.
“We have seen the incredible potential of automation, especially with the practices of DevSecOps… To help the government achieve this kind of change, we realized that a significant, ongoing commitment to R&D is absolutely required – not just as an add-on to an organization, but as part of the core of operations as well as our culture,” added McGinty.
Paradyme Labs will enable the company to expand its team to support growth and services. “We’re using [Paradyme Labs] to foster the most rapid solutions possible in close collaboration with customers and our cross-functional internal teams,” McGinty concluded.
