Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a contract to help the Department of Housing and Urban Development establish a resource center for the Federal Housing Administration as part of the General Services Administration’s Centers of Excellence initiative.
The company will develop a public-facing omnichannel platform to support a knowledge management process for agency personnel to collect and report data, GSA said Monday.
The agency noted the contract award builds on efforts that were completed during a prior “discovery phase” that involved an assessment of contact center technology, self-service tools, governance approach and business processes.
HUD plans to update IT systems before incorporating technological upgrades into the department's service delivery process.
