Lance Spencer, client executive vice president with AT&T Public Sector, will moderate the expert panel during Potomac Officers Club’s 5G Summit on October 27th, 2020.

Spencer leads the AT&T business for the Air Force and Space Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Combatant Commands and Defense Agencies. He is responsible for identifying, aligning and developing AT&T and partner capabilities to meet Air Force, DoD, Joint and Coalition global operating needs to improve operational availability, cyber security, resiliency and cost.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Spencer served nearly 26 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a colonel. He held a variety of key leadership positions in the United States and overseas.

Evans will be joined by Hon. Ellen Lord, undersecretary for acquisition and sustainment at the Department of Defense (DoD) and four-time Wash100 Award recipient, who will also be featured as a keynote speaker during the summit.
