Gordon Foster, chief financial officer of Constellis over the past two years, has been appointed a senior vice president and CFO at Serco Inc. – the British contractor's Americas division – in a move that takes effect Oct. 26.
He will succeed the Gary Shankman, who is due to retire from the Herndon, Virginia-based contractor by the end of the year, and oversee Serco Inc.'s financial and accounting functions, the company said Wednesday.
Foster joined Constellis in October 2018 from ASRC Federal where he served as an executive VP and CFO. He also spent more than 15 years at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) in positions such as CFO and business management director for the civil division.
Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Inc. and a former Wash100 awardee, said Forster brings government contracting experience as the company aims to grow operations across the North American region.
