Abt Associates has named government services industry veterans Gerald Adolph and Wayne Rehberger to the Rockville, Maryland-based company's board of directors.
They bring to the board their experience in areas such as contracting, growth strategy and program operations, Abt said Tuesday.
Adolph previously led Booz Allen Hamilton's (NYSE: BAH) global mergers and restructuring practice and worked as a senior partner during his 35-year career there. He also served as a board member at nonprofit organizations Helen Keller International and the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.
Rehberger previously served as chief financial officer of Engility from 2015 until his retirement in 2019, when it merged with Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
He also held the same position at TASC for nearly five years before its 2015 acquisition by Engility, where his financial leadership also earned him a CFO of the Year award from Virginia Business.
His industry career also included executive roles at XO Communications and MCI.
