BlueHalo will focus on providing research and development, deployment and other technical support across the areas of missile defense and C4ISR, cyber and intelligence, space and directed energy, ACP said Thursday.
Jonathan Moneymaker, CEO of BlueHalo, said employees of the newly formed company will have access to new missions and programs across radar, directed energy, laser communications, signals intelligence, space systems and electrooptics areas and investments needed to advance innovation and growth initiatives.
“The name BlueHalo speaks to who we are as a company, a global protective ring that shields everything we safeguard most, that unbroken line ensuring our customers retain the advantage in any battlespace, from high above the Earth to deep in cyberspace,” added Moneymaker.
