Radiance Technologies has promoted Rita Hill as executive vice president for the National Security Sector, where she will advance technical solutions for the Defense and Intelligence Community (IC), the company reported on Thursday.
In her new role, Hill will supervise Radiance's intelligence, electronic systems and cyber operations. She will also deliver a variety of critical technology services, including microelectronics, weapon system exploitation, intelligence analysis and production, research and development, modeling and simulation and analytical tool development.
Since Hill joined Radiance in 2015, she has served as senior vice president for the Technical Intelligence Group, responsible for execution and oversight. Hill has also provided technical solutions and delivered multi-intelligence products, SW application development and engineering services across the Department of Defense (DoD), National intelligence centers, U. S. Air Force, Army and Navy.
Prior to joining Radiance, Hill served for two decades at SAIC, where she served as vice president for Advanced Analytics. With SAIC she was responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction, managing all aspects of the business, including strategy, growth, customer relationships and program execution.
Before SAIC, Hill served with the U.S. Space and Missile Defense Command as an electronics engineer supporting missile defense programs and ground-based radar systems. She earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton.
