TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 22, 2020 —ArchIntel is glad to present the 23rd in a series of interviews with Competitive Intelligence and GovCon executives who share their insights about creating and sustaining a competitive advantage.
Dameka Thompson Williams, director of market research and competitive intelligence at Wolf Den Associates, told ArchIntel in a recent interview that her team looks at multiple data sources and synthesize collected information to derive insights that can support decision-making. In the conversation with ArchIntel, she also describes how she aims to apply both quantitative and qualitative data for government contracting efforts.
“You have to make sure that your source is reliable and unbiased. We use the term, ‘source agnostic,’ meaning we don’t stick to one particular source. We look at all the sources that we know about and if we don’t know about them, we try to find them.”
