A joint venture between Aptive Resources and Enterprise Resource Performance Inc. has won two task orders worth $121M combined to provide systems integration and operational support for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ healthcare networks.
Aptive-HTG secured the orders through the potential $1B Veterans Health Administration Integrated Healthcare Transformation contract, G2Xchange Health reported Thursday.
The first five-year task order that the Alexandria, Virginia-based JV won covers High Reliability Organization services and is valued at $74M.
Work under the second $46.5M order includes program management support for the Office of Healthcare Transformation to cover a three-year period.
The VHA IHT contract includes orders for a range of digital transformation support including business process support, implementation and general management services for the VA’s healthcare ecosystem.
The VA selected Aptive-HTG as one of six contractors under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in April.
Aptive-HTG is a service-disabled, veteran and woman-owned JV that offers healthcare information technology services to government clients including the VA, Defense Health Agency and Department of Health and Human Services.
