Northrop Books Potential $93M Air Force Data Mgmt, IT Modernization Support IDIQ

Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has received a potential $93M contract to continue providing specialized technical support for the U.S. Air Forceā€™s data systems and information technology modernization initiatives.

The follow-on award covers a range of technical services including data management and migration procedures to help drive the AirĀ Forceā€™s digital transformation efforts, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The Air Force Sustainment Center will obligate $19.8M in fiscal 2020 working capital funds as well as operations and maintenance funds for the first order under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award.

Contract work will take place at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia through May 9, 2024.
