Brothers brings more than three decades of experience that includes leadership positions with The Chertoff Group, BAE Systems, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Peraton, MIT Lincoln Laboratory as well as federal agencies such as Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Defense (DoD).
During his tenure in the federal government, Brothers was responsible for oversight and management of DHS’ Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate and served as the science adviser to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. He was also responsible for DoD’s S&T programs from basic research to advanced technology development and the long term strategic direction of the programs.
Most recently, it was announced that Brother had joined NuWave Solutions as its CEO after AE Industrial Partners acquired majority ownership of the government technology services provider in June 2020.
