E3/Sentinel has appointed Mehdi Cherqaoui as chief operating officer to lead business operations including finance, accounting, contracts and legal, the company announced Thursday.
“Mehdi is an experienced leader who is laser-focused on operational excellence across the entire business and consistently delivers results,” said Andy Maner, E3/Sentinel CEO. “I am confident in Mehdi’s ability to align innovation with operational best practices as we continue to grow in a full and open market.”
Cherqaoui will serve as a key voice on client delivery and strategic growth initiatives. He will be a senior member of the executive team and will report directly to CEO Andy Maner. Cherqaoui will bring more than two decades of experience to E3/Sentinel.
He has a long history of supporting the public sector. Prior to joining E3/Sentinel, Cherqaoui served with Applied Insight as chief financial officer (CFO). He has also held leadership positions at Phacil, where he served as CFO; PAE as vice president of Finance and Mergers and acquisitions.
At Phacil he led the strategic transformation of the $130 million in revenue information technology (IT) solutions contractor that culminated with the sale of the company in March 2019.
