David Zito Chief Growth Officer Guidehouse

David Zito Named Guidehouse Chief Growth Officer; Scott McIntyre Quoted

David Zito, formerly commercial health care segment leader at Guidehouse, has been promoted to chief growth officer at the Washington, D.C.-based consulting services provider.

He will report to Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse and a 2020 Wash100 Award winner, as he helps advance enterprisewide growth initiatives through strategy development, investments in new markets and cross-segment collaboration, the company said Wednesday.

Zito will oversee Guidehouseā€™s advanced solutions and managed services business units and employee experience, sales and marketing functions in this newly created role.

McIntyre said Zito has led the growth of Guidehouseā€™s commercial health care segment and will bring to the new role his commitment to a strong culture.

Zito is a three-decade consulting industry veteran. He previously served as commercial health care segment leader at Navigant, which Guidehouse acquired in October 2019. He spent more than a decade as an executive within the health care consulting practice at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
