Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has chosen the Georgia Cyber Center in Augusta as the location for a regional headquarters to provide support services to the U.S. Army Cyber Command.
The investment, which is projected to create 178 jobs, comes as ARCYBER prepares to relocate its HQ facility to Fort Gordon later this year, the office of Gov. Brian Kemp said Thursday.
Chantilly, Va.-based Perspecta is looking to hire engineers, system architects, analysts and investigators to work at the regional office.
“We are excited to make the move to Fort Gordon alongside our ARCYBER customer, and we are honored to support them as they defend our nation in this critical domain,” said Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Perspecta and a 2020 Wash100 Award recipient.
