Novetta has acquired software engineering services provider WaveStrike for an undisclosed sum to develop new growth opportunities for employees and expand its capability development expertise.

Established in 2010, Annapolis Junction, Md.-based WaveStrike also provides data analytics and technology platforms to customers in the national security market.
Anne Wagner, president and CEO of WaveStrike, and Mike Wagner, a vice president and chief technology officer at WaveStrike, will continue to oversee their teams as part of Novettaâs analytic capabilities division, which provides tech platforms in the areas of cloud, big data analytics, Agile software development, DevSecOps, distributed computing and web development.
Baird served as WaveStrikeâs exclusive financial adviser in the transaction, which closed Wednesday, June 10.
