Nayna Diehl, formerly vice president, corporate counsel and director of contracts at Versar, has joined SOS International as associate general counsel.
She will help manage legal matters related to government contract management, procurement, compliance and general business operations, SOSi said Tuesday.

Before Versar, Diehl spent seven years at Ericcsonâs government business unit and Oceus Networks, where she led government contract compliance and administration and post-M&A integration. Her industry career includes experience in corporate M&A strategies, foreign military sales, export controls and information security compliance.
