Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) will provide additional support services to South Korea's F-35 aircraft under a $183.8M contract modification from the U.S. Navy.
The award calls for the provision of technical, security and operation services through a company facility in Fort Worth, Texas, the Department of Defense said Friday.
South Korea requested for follow-on F-35 support from the U.S. via a $675M foreign military sales transaction the State Department approved in April.
The company will receive FMS funds covering the full amount of the modification and perform work through January 2021.
