The U.S. Navy has added $92M to the aggregate value of a multiple-award contract with four companies supporting general building construction services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's southwest area of operations.
The award increases the maximum value of the original firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from $99M to $191M, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Contractors help NAVFAC Southwest to build, renovate or repair assets at federal sites and government installations located in California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah.
The IDIQ contains one base year and four option years.
The awardees are:

- Bristol Design Build Services
- I.E.-Pacific
- R.A. Burch Construction
