HumanTouch announced on Wednesday the appointment of Les Buday, former president and chief operating officer of Tetrad Digital Integrity, as director of cybersecurity at the McLean, Va.-based systems integrator.

Having Les Buday on our team is a boon to our clients. He will be instrumental in driving strategy and response to security challenges in the government and corporate IT sectors.”
In the new role, Buday will identify and improve client operational risk posture and introduce strategies for implementing processes and technology solutions that allow organizations to conduct business and interact with their customers securely.
He will also guide business development, thought leadership, and collaboration across federal clients and business partners to effectively manage their cybersecurity risk.
Prior to leading service delivery at TDI, Buday was vice president of operations at Primescape Solutions and an IT director at Stanley Associates. He is an active member of the CMMC accreditation body, the Cyber Bytes Foundation and PMI.
Les holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in software systems engineering from George Mason University.
