E3/Sentinel Appoints Kevin McAleenan, Topper Ray, Luanne Pavco to Newly Formed Advisory Board

Kevin McAleenan, Topper Ray and Luanne Pavco have been appointed to serve on E3/Sentinel’s board of advisers to help the company ensure it applies mission skills and technologies to support customer missions.

“These three individuals also add strong mission and culture complements to our teams as well as unique and recognized eminence given their accomplishments in federal government and their knowledge of best practices in the commercial space,” Andy Maner, CEO of E3/Sentinel, said in a statement released Tuesday.

McAleenan previously led the Department of Homeland Security on an acting basis and also served as U.S. Customs and Border Protection commissioner. His professional background includes law enforcement, counterterrorism, travel compliance and trade enforcement experience.

Ray, who serves as president of communications at Bravo Group, began his career working as the lead press advance representative in the Office of Presidential Advance under the George H.W. Bush administration.

Pavco works as general manager of Mid-Atlantic operations at Slalom Consulting and previously worked as managing partner of the public section division at IBM’s global business services arm.
