The U.S. Air Force seeks potential sources of professional services and program management assistance as part of the potential five-year, $900M Strategic Transformation Support contract, Bloomberg Government reported Thursday.
The final request for proposals calls for a range of assistance and advisory services such as research, evaluation and analysis support for the military branch’s deputy chief management officer as well as the deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force Office of Business Transformation.
Work under the potential indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract may include information technology services and system prototyping activities to support the Air Force’s transformation-related initiatives, according to BGOV’s report.
The award will be divided into two tiers, with two of the awards under the second tier reserved for small businesses.
Contractors will perform their services from June through the same month in 2025.
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) serves as the incumbent contractor under the potential $140M award and has received $102M in contract funding to date. The company is slated to conclude work by September 2022.
