Tetra Tech (Nasdaq: TTEK) has purchased Segue Technologies, an Arlington, Va.-based information technology management consulting firm, for an undisclosed sum.
Tetra Tech said Tuesday it will integrate Segue into its government services group.
“The addition of Segue enables us to apply exciting cutting-edge techniques that incorporate advanced data analytics, cloud services, and enterprise-wide software applications for our government and commercial customers,” said Dan Batrack, chairman and CEO of Tetra Tech. “Segue also brings additional capabilities with system modernization tools that are critical for our Department of Defense customers.”
Segue provides cybersecurity, lifecycle application development, management consulting and modernization support for DoD and other federal agencies.
