Private equity firm Accel-KKR has completed its acquisition of Springbrook Software from cloud technology provider Accela for an undisclosed sum.
Springbook said Tuesday it aims to deepen the company’s focus on efforts to deliver cloud-based enterprise resource planning software to local government customers in North America.
The Portland, Ore.-based firm designed its technology offerings to help agencies manage finance, payroll and human resources functions.
Max Schnoedl, Springbrook CEO, said that Accel-KKR has supported middle-market software providers in growth efforts for nearly two decades.
