E3/Sentinel has purchased Operational Intelligence for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand its analytics, technical and digital capabilities.
The acquisition of Operational Intelligence immediately strengthens our mission and domain expertise across many of our National Security customers and brings an enduring new set of capabilities to our Mission Strategy and Analytics and Engineering and Technical Services for all our clients, Andy Maner, CEO of E3/Sentinel, said in a statement published Friday.
Herndon, Va.-based Operational Intelligence supports the defense and intelligence community through analytical, training, operational and technical services. The company develops Agile and innovative platforms designed to address the changing mission and threat environment.
The transaction came four months after E3/Sentinel acquired enterprise information management company Data Works.
