Boeing (NYSE: BA) has secured a five-year, $835.7M contract option from the Defense Logistics Agency to deliver consumable items for multiple U.S. military aviation platforms.
The U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps will receive the supplies under the exercised option, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Work will take place at a company facility in Missouri through Sept. 16, 2024. DoD noted the original contract has a five-year base period of performance and the department will use defense working capital funds for fiscal 2020 through fiscal 2024 over the option period.
