ThunderCat Technology has secured a potential five-year, $77M contract to help NASA centers obtain and renew ServiceNow software licenses along with support services through the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement vehicle.
NASA said Friday ThunderCat will make a SEWP ServiceNow Catalog available to all agency-run centers. The firm-fixed-price contract has a one-year base period that began Thursday, followed by four option years.
Administration of contract work will take place at the NASA Shared Services Center in Mississippi.
Reston, Va.-based ThunderCat offers data management, logistics, cloud computing and cybersecurity services.
ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that works to help organizations automate workflows.
