The U.S. Agency for International Development has awarded 10 companies positions on the unrestricted portion of a potential five-year, $2.5B contract to support U.S. foreign policy objectives by helping USAID’s office of transition initiatives advance democracy and stabilization efforts in countries facing political crises.

The SWIFT-Programs service component calls for contractors to implement and oversee activities from the Transition Activities Pool and provide support to program funded-USAID personnel.
The awardees are:
- AECOM (NYSE: ACM)
- Chemonics International
- Creative Associates International
- Crown Agents USA
- DAI Global
- Development Transformations
- Dexis Consulting Group
- Management Systems International

USAID awarded the fourth iteration of the SWIFT program in February 2014.
