Northrop Grummans (NYSE: NOC) innovation systems business has received a potential $167.3M contract from the U.S. Navy to produce 263 lot 8 Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missiles.
The Department of Defense said Monday the company will convert AGM-88B high-speed, anti-radiation missiles into 260 AGM-88E AARGM all-up-rounds and three captive air training missiles.
Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems will also provide supplies and services needed for lot 8 full-rate production as well as spares and fleet deployment assistance.
Naval Air Systems Command will obligate the full contract amount at the time of award and expects work to occur through March 2022 in California.
