Six small businesses have been awarded a $50M shared modification under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for roof construction services at U.S. Navy and Marine Corps facilities.
The firm-fixed-price modification increases the ceiling value of the multiple-award IDIQ to $95M and covers projects to design, build, alter, repair or maintain roofs, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command will obligate funds upon issuance of each task order and allocate USMC operations and maintenance as well as military construction funds for orders.
Ninety percent of contract work will take place in North Carolina and the remaining 10 percent will occur in other U.S. locations.
The awardees are:
- Construction Development Services
- Cram Roofing
- Gallaher Management Group
- Industrial Contract Service
- Quality Roofers & Guttering
- Service Disabled Contracting Group
DoD expects work under the modification to finish by February 2021.
