ManTech Closes $115M KGS Buy in Federal Health Market Push; Kevin Phillips Quoted

ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has completed its $115M cash acquisition of Fairfax, Va.-based technology and professional services contractor Kforce Government Solutions.

The transaction was first announced early in March and would help ManTech to expand its federal health market presence as well as support the Department of Veterans Affairs via the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract, the company said Monday.

KGS won a position on the T4NG procurement vehicle in 2016.
