Nintex said Monday it wants to offer the Foxtrot RPA platform across industries and the government.
Foxtrot is designed to help organizations and run automated tasks for multiple applications such as desktop and web apps.
Eric Johnson, Nintex CEO, said the deal is part of the company’s strategy to introduce a process platform that aligns with its product design principles.
The transaction follows other strategic efforts the Bellevue, Wash.-based software vendor implemented to expand its technology market presence.
Nintex partnered with Adobe earlier this year to add Adobe Sign-powered Nintex Sign to the Nintex Process Cloud platform. In July of last year, the company bought New Zealand-based visual process mapping company Promapp.
