Technical Services Corp. has purchased Virginia-based Accelerated Development & Support and rebranded as ADS Federal as a result of the acquisition.
ADS Federal Angel Diaz said in a statement published Monday the combined firm will leverage ADS™ experience supporting the Department of Defense and identify critical requirements in support of clients™ missions.
ADS is a science and technology services contractor with nearly 30 years of experience providing support to DoD programs.
Diaz will continue to lead ADS Federal, which will operate with 120 employees and retain its designation as a Small Business Administration8a and service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
The company will also expand its S&T capabilities across unmanned aerial systems, weapons development and autonomy areas in support of federal clients such as the departments of Homeland Security, State and Energy.
