Navy Awards Six Spots on $99M NAVFAC Washington AOR Construction Contract


Six small businesses have won spots on a potential two-year, $99M contract from the U.S. Navy to support construction projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Washington area of responsibility.

The Navy received 18 proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that covers labor, equipment, parts, tools, supplies and engineering and transportation services, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Contract work will take place in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland through January 2020.

The awardees are:

  • Argus-CJW JV
  • Huang-Gaghan JV Two
  • JCMCS
  • LLB Enterprises
  • Signature-Renovations
  • Snodgrass JV

Huang-Gaghan JV Two received a $2.9M initial task order to build a mechanical room and a central hot water system at the Naval Research Laboratory in D.C.
