Government industry veterans Phil Nolan and Dave Keffer have been named general partners at McLean, Va.-based private equity firm Blue Delta Capital Partners.
Nolan has been an advisory board member at Blue Delta since 2011.
He previously served as CEO of Stanley, which CGI (NYSE: GIB) purchased in 2010, and Camber that Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) acquired in 2016.
Nolan is a board member at Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) and MAG Aerospace and chairman of Salient CRGT. He also sits on Capgemini Government Solutions special security agreement board.
Keffer previously served as chief financial officer at CSRA, which General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) purchased in April, and held a similar role at SRA International, which merged with Computer Sciences Corp.s government services business in 2015 to form CSRA.
He previously worked at Maden Technologies and Navigant Consulting.
Blue Delta invests in companies that deliver technology platforms and services to clients across the federal government services market, including defense, homeland security, intelligence, civilian and health agencies.
