The company said Monday its IT business will provide technical services, products and components for USPS to manage productivity, customer service and performance as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The unit will also deliver technical and end-to-end support services for USPS applications, support the agency in efforts to develop IT platforms and modernize operating and administrative functions with multiple engineering platforms.
Paul Nedzbala, senior vice president of the federal civilian division at General Dynamics Information Technology, said the company has supported USPS since 1983 and seeks to help address the agency’s IT requirements through the contract.
