Banking Vet Harry McMahon Added to Parsons’ Board of Directors


TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 7, 2018 ” Parsons has appointed Harry McMahon, formerly executive vice chairman at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, to its board of directors, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The Pasadena, Calif.-based technology company said Tuesday the 32-year investment banking veteran has supported global organizations in their strategic and financial affairs, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance initiatives.

McMahon currently serves as a senior adviser and director at the G100 Companies consortium.
