Richard Justice
Whitney, Bradley & Brown has promoted Richard Justice to vice president of business development at the Reston, Va.-based professional services provider.
The company said Thursday Justice holds 26 years of U.S. Air Force financial and program management, test and sustainment experience.
“His successful track record overseeing business development in the USAF domain for WBB will allow immediate contribution to WBBs overall business development strategy and execution.” said WBB CEO Robert Olsen.
Justice previously worked as director of U.S. Army programs at Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems business.
In that capacity, he led the implementation of the Distributed Common Ground System-Army under the Acquisition Category I program.
