Work covers management and administration, port operations, ordnance, material management, facility investment, electrical, wastewater, steam, water, base support vehicles and equipment and environmental services, the Defense Department said Thursday.
DoD noted the service branch will obligate the full contract amount at the time of award, with $72.4 million of the total funds slated to expire at the end of the current fiscal year and the remaining $11.2 million are subject to funding availability.
Work will take place through February 2019.
Joint Region Marianas manages base management functions for U.S. Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base.
