In his new role, Kim will oversee L3’s investment community engagement, reporting directly to Heidi Wood, senior VP of strategy and technology, the company said Monday.
He will also support the company’s business analytics efforts and platforms.
Before working with SAB Capital, Kim held management and analyst positions with other firms such as Ulysses Management and Yarmouth.
He holds a Masters in business administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is certified under the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
