Former CACI, Leidos Exec Marjorie Bailey Joins Neustar as HR SVP

Marjorie Bailey, a 25-year human resources executive, has joined information services provider Neustar as senior vice president of HR.

She will report directly to President and CEO Lisa Hook and oversee talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and diversity functions in her new position, Neustar  said Thursday.

Bailey previously served as chief HR officer at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and prior to that held a similar role within Leidos‘ (NYSE: LDOS) health and engineering sector.

Before Leidos, she was HR VP at Science Applications International Corp.‘s (NYSE: SAIC) research and development unit.

She also held HR, project management and technical writing roles at Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC) and Troy Systems.
