Terri Thomas to Lead ACT I Proposal Development Center; Neil Albert Comments

Terri Thomas, a federal market veteran with more than 20 years of proposal management experience, has been named director of Advanced Concepts and Technologies International‘s Proposal Development Center.

ACT I said Thursday she will oversee the company’s efforts to develop, facilitate and produce prime and subcontract proposals as part of its corporate growth strategy.

“Thomas™ expertise in building, managing, and leading a proposal development center and proposal teams will greatly enhance ACT I™s ability to respond to new contract requirements,” said ACT I President Neil Albert.

She has worked with multiple government contractors that offer information technology, program management, cybersecurity, financial management and cost estimating services.

Thomas is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
