PAE, Advanced Technology International Get Navy Tech Demo & Assessment Team Support Contracts

PAE‘s national security solutions unit and Advanced Technology International have secured five-year contracts worth up to $41.6 million and $43.9 million, respectively, to help a U.S. Navy team prepare for events to demonstrate and assess military technology platforms.

The Defense Department said Thursday both contractors will also support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division’s demonstration and assessment team in efforts to analyze and produce reports on warfighting and warfighter inputs and concepts.

Work will also include coordination of operation forces for engagement activities such as workshops, DoD added.

NSWC IHEODTD received two offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts via a competitive procurement on the FedBizOpps website.

The Navy will obligate $5,000 to each company at time of award to cover initial delivery orders.

The service branch will determine locations of work with each order and DoD noted it expects contractors to complete work by January 2023.
