PV Puvvada, president of Unisys‘ (NYSE: UIS) federal business, has been appointed to chair the Professional Services Council’s board of directors.
He will oversee the development and execution of the trade groups strategies in support of the federal technology services contracting industry, PSC said Friday.

Puvvadas election came six months after his appointment as vice chair of PSCs board and executive committee.
He also served as chair of the groups Civilian Agencies Council that is responsible for procurement policies and strategies for civilian agencies such as the departments of Veterans Affairs, Energy and Homeland Security.
